Meet Our Coaches

Coach Alex Kowalski

PGA Member & Titleist Performance Institute Certified (Level One)

Alex has completed work experience at top 100 golf facilities including Congressional Country Club, Pebble Beach Golf Links, Liberty National Golf Club, Floridian Golf Club and Eagle Point Golf Club.  Gaining valuable knowledge at some of the countries most illustrious facilities has allowed Alex to revamp the Junior Program at Sault Ste Marie Country Club.  “My number one goal is retention, we aim to achieve this by creating an extremely fun environment.  When kids are having fun, they come back, and if they keep coming back, they’ll learn the game of golf and more importantly, a few life lessons.”

Coach Don Savoie

Member, avid golfer, and Sault area youth advocate, Coach Don has won back to back club championships and volunteers his time to the junior golf program.  “I believe the game of golf is invaluable in developing a child’s character and teaching the skills necessary to grow into a positive member of society.”
